It applies to our pickleball courts, basketball courts, putting greens, batting cages, and related sports surfacing services.
Effective date: October 5, 2026. By using our website or giving us your information, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or submit your information.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact details: your name, phone number, email address, and the address of the property where the court or surface will be built.
- Project details: the type of court or surface you want, dimensions, site photos, budget range, timeline, preferences, bids, contracts, and notes about your project.
- Payment and billing information: invoices, payment status, and payment details you give to our payment processor. We do not store full card or bank account numbers on our own systems.
- Communication records: the history of calls, texts, emails, voicemails, and messages between you and us.
- Ad and form submissions: the information you enter into a lead form on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) or other social media and advertising platforms.
- Device and usage data: your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, links clicked, and the page or ad that brought you to our website.
How we collect and use information
We collect information directly from you when you submit a form, request a bid, call, text, email, or meet with our team. We collect it automatically through cookies and pixels when you browse our website or interact with our ads. We also receive it from social media and advertising platforms that pass along the details you submit in a lead form, and from referrals.
We use your information to:
- Respond to your inquiry, prepare bids and estimates, and schedule site visits.
- Design, build, manage, and warranty your court or surface, including coordinating with the crews and subcontractors who do the work.
- Send invoices, collect payments, and keep business and tax records.
- Communicate with you about your project and follow up on your inquiry.
- Send promotions, offers, reminders, and updates about our services, as described in the next section.
- Measure and improve our website, advertising, and customer experience.
- Protect our business, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Consent to communications
By submitting your information through a social media ad or lead form (including Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram), through any form on our website, or by otherwise providing us your contact details, you agree that Grit Courts and Grit Concrete & Construction LLC, and our team members, may contact you about your inquiry, our services, and our offers.
This consent covers all forms of communication, including:
- Phone calls and voicemails.
- Text messages (SMS and MMS).
- Email.
- Direct messages on social media platforms.
You agree that these calls and texts may be sent using automated dialing technology, and that calls may include prerecorded or artificial voice messages, to the phone number and email address you provided. Messages may be informational, such as scheduling and follow-up, or promotional, such as offers and updates.
Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. You are not required to agree to receive marketing messages to hire us.
Message details: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to stop at any time using the contact details at the end of this policy. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages about an active project.
Mobile information: We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Sharing, cookies, and advertising
We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. We share it only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers that help us operate, such as our customer relationship management, texting and email, payment processing, accounting, website hosting, design and document, and analytics tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Subcontractors and crews who build your project. We share what they need to do the work, such as your name, address, and project scope.
- Advertising and analytics partners through the cookies and pixels described below.
- Legal and safety needs, when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, customers, or property.
- Business transfers, if we merge with, sell, or transfer part of our business.
Our website uses cookies, the Meta Pixel, and similar tools to understand how visitors use our site, measure our ads, and show you relevant ads on other platforms. These tools may collect your IP address, device details, and browsing activity. You can limit this by changing your browser cookie settings, adjusting ad preferences in your Meta, Google, or other social media account, or visiting aboutads.info/choices or optout.networkadvertising.org. Where the law requires it, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out request.
Retention, security, and your choices
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, complete and warranty your project, and meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You can opt out of marketing calls, texts, and emails at any time, as described above. You can also ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We may keep certain records where the law or our legitimate business needs, such as warranty and tax obligations, require it. Depending on where you live, including Utah and California, you may have additional privacy rights. We will respond to requests within 45 days, and we may need to verify your identity first.
Our services are for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it. Our website and ads may link to third-party sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed, and continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the new version.
